Aesthetics Demonstrations Lecture Lighting Shooting

Description:

A photographer's ability to capture images of what they see involves balancing lighting and the aesthetics of their vision. This workshop teaches you to pre-visualize your images by controlling exposure and light. Photographers will learn to properly expose and control light in the most challenging situations with the equipment available in their bag. Emphasis will also be placed on composition and the use of light and shadow as a design element to create images with impact.

Lectures include composition, exposing in high contrast and low light, long exposures, shooting at night, color temperature, and using filters.

This workshop is for the intermediate and advanced student who has a working knowledge of their camera. Students must know how to use their camera in the manual exposure mode, controlling the aperture settings and shutter speeds.
