The deadline for ONWARD is quickly approaching. Again your submission must be postmarked by November 1st. As long as your courier such as USPS, Fedex, UPS or others processes your package on November 1, your submission is acceptable. Yet dropping your submission off at a postbox or an unmanned Kiosk on November 1st may not grantee the postmark of November 1st. If you have questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
